3 Simple Facts Why the Unlimited Training Subscription is a Good Return on Your Investment!

When committing to a service such as the Unlimited Training Subscription, you must consider your return on investment. The president, CEO or CFO of your company certainly will. So consider the following…

FACT #1: With an Unlimited Training Subscription, you can literally save hundreds of dollars in training costs as you will be able to train your ENTIRE STAFF for less than what it would cost to train 6 or maybe 7 managers!

These trainings are expensive… even if in-house. Most are performed by regional managers, property supervisors or compliance staff unless your company is lucky enough to have a formal training department or in-house trainer. And even if it does, the training is often the responsibility of multiple people because the average trainer is not usually well-versed in everything a new hire needs to know like the compliance rules, property management, fair housing, accounts payable and receivable, and all the other specific company policies.

Now using estimated numbers that I believe are on the conservative side, let’s take a look at the costs of this new hire training. The average new hire is usually expected to reach an independent level of competency in 6 weeks and the average number of hours spent during that 6 week period in training, monitoring and re-training is conservatively 10 hours per week or a total of 60 hours. The average hourly salary of the people involved in this training equates out to be $25 per hour. (That is very conservative especially when you factor in benefits that are part of normal compensation plans.) So this gives us a conservative estimate that new-hire training costs $1,500 per person (60 hours x $25 = $1500).

Most large companies, in a year’s time, will easily have at least 5 or 6 new employees that need to go through this training process so you can expect to conservatively spend $9,000 which is more than what it will cost to train your ENTIRE STAFF with an Unlimited Training Subscription.

Now, I don’t for one minute think the Online Training Center will replace in-house training. It wasn’t designed for that. But it was designed to significantly reduce it and allow the supervisor in question to focus on more company and state-specific aspects.
